Chigwell is also the home to Chigwell Top Golf, which is an extremely popular joint for all ages to enjoy a game of mini golf along with food and drink. Next to Top Golf is the David Lloyd Leisure Park. Papillon Italian Restaurant is also extremely popular in Chigwell, along with the vast range of beauty establishments, such as sunbed shops, hairdressers, and nail bars. Chigwell also has many fashion boutiques specialising in women's clothing. Epping Forest is one of the man attractions of Chigwell. Epping Forest is of national and international conservation importance and home to over 50,000 ancient pollard trees and 100 lakes and ponds. The forest is free to visit and is open 365 days of the year.

The property is served by Grange Hill Station, a 5 minute walk away, which is on the Central Line of the London Underground. Meaning London is only a 20-minute tube ride away!
